ACA Free Spring Workshop

Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families is a 12 step program for any adult children that suffer from the effects of growing up in an alcoholic or dysfunctional family. We are offering this FREE workshop to offer additional tools and support for recovering from an alcoholic or dysfunctional family. The workshop will host several segments to help those recovering. This includes a clinical counselor, as well as some ACA's currently working on their recovery and sharing their experience, strength, and hope. There will be light snacks and refreshments. Packed lunches are allowed but local options for lunch will be given.

A few questions that might help you see if this is right for you; Did you grow up with alcoholics or other dysfunction? Do you isolate? Do you judge yourself harshly? Do you have low self-esteem? Are you afraid of people or authority figures? Are you an approval seeker? Are you afraid of abandomnment?
