Summer Kickoff at Great Lake St. Marys
The Lake Improvement Association will host the third annual Summer Kickoff festival from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday, June 3 near the Villa Nova shelter house on the northeast side of Grand Lake St. Marys. Admission is free to the public, with all proceeds from events and concessions going toward the improvement of Grand Lake St. Marys.
Mustang Sally will headline the event with an award-winning show that combines country and rock tunes with audience interaction for can’t-miss entertainment. Kaitlyn Schmit & The Move will open for Mustang Sally, preceded by Muddsock.
In addition to live music, Summer Kickoff 2017 will feature:
· Color Run 5K Run/Walk (registration deadline to receive a free tee shirt is May 20, 2017), part of the Grand Lake Health System Road to Fitness Challenge
· Cornhole Tournament ($500 grand prize)
· Beer Pong Tournament ($500 grand prize)
· Car Cruise-In
· Kids bouncy obstacle course and slide
· 50+ vendors
· Food and beverage concessions
