The Shire horse can be used as beginner or advanced lesson horses, as well as workhorses on the farm. Our Sunset Shire Breeding Program includes live cover as well as collected samples from our stallions. We breed on site and work closely with our veterinarians to ensure the best possible nutrition and health of our brood mares, stallions, and foals year round. Our priority is to ensure that the best genetics possible are carried forth for this endangered breed of horse.
