Miamisburg Community Holiday Celebration & Parade

Join us this year for the annual Community Holiday Celebration on December 8th, 2018. The parade kicks off the event at 2:30 pm. with over 60 festivally themed floats, spirited marchers and decorated vehicles with the theme: 200 Years of Holiday Cheer in the Star City.  Following the parade, visit the Baum Opera House and Miamisburg Community Center and Fire Station 53 (First and Ferry) to enjoy the festive season, enjoy activities and shop at local businesses. NEW this year - join the Mayor at Riverfront Park for a Tree Lighting Ceremony at 6 pm. Get into the holiday spirit. Come out and enjoy this enchanted day in Miamisburg.

1-9 p.m.   Ice skating in Riverfront Park

3-5 pm.  Fire Station 53 (Ferry and First) Visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus

3-5 p.m.   Baum Opera House (1st and Central): Elves Workshop, games and crafts

3-5 p.m.   Miamisburg Community Center (305 E. Central Ave.): Winter Café and Holiday Bingo 

11 a.m.-5 p.m. Miamisburg Community Center:  Home Party and Holiday Bazaar

3-6 p.m.   Horse drawn wagon rides

5-6 p.m.   Caroling, hot chocolate and refreshments around the tree in Riverfront Park

6 p.m.      Mayor’s Tree Lighting in Riverfront Park (3 N. Miami Ave.)

6 p.m.-10 p.m.       Luminaire walk and lighting display at Veterans Memorial Park

6:30 p.m.  Holiday Concert in Riverfront Park featuring Alexis Gomez
