Feel, Be, Embody: Stages of Emotional Liberation and Alchemy w/ Ashley
Connect to your emotions so you can confidently express them to deepen connection and intimacy.
You want to express your emotions without ruining your relationship. You want more connection without hiding who you are. You want to share how you feel without fear holding you back.
But maybe you find yourself blaming your partner for not being able to hold your emotions. Maybe you pretend you’re fine when you’re not. Maybe you keep believing you’ll get hurt if you share how you really feel.
But to fully express yourself and create the connection you desire, you need to have a relationship to your emotions.
And to experience that, you need to stop hiding from, denying, and ignoring your emotions and start connecting to and feeling your emotions.
Feel, Be, Embody is a two hour workshop for singles, couples, and everyone in between who want to express their emotions with confidence and experience deeper connection in relationship.
In this workshop, you’ll learn about the three stages of inner emotion relating and experience them through an embodiment practice. This process teaches you how you feel, be with, and express your emotions- guiding you into a relationship with your emotions by first learning how to hold and feel them yourself.
And from that place, you’ll be able to fearlessly express your emotions in your relationships to cultivate a deeper connection than you thought was possible.
What to Expect:
A two hour workshop with a teaching and embodiment practice on the three stages of inner emotion relating, sharing circles, mini Q&A, and community connection.
