The Dayton Metro Library’s Semi-annual Booksale is back!
Cooler weather is on the way, so stock up on books for hibernation season at the Friends of the Dayton Metro Library Book Sale! Thousands of books and AV items for all ages are available, and the Friends use the proceeds to help fund community-wide library programs, including the Summer Reading Challenge, First Club, and LEGO Programs.
“Booksales are a great way for families to add books and other materials to their homes without spending a lot of money,” said Jean Gaffney, Acquisition and Collection Development Manager for the Library. “Having access to interesting reading material at home is a great motivator to keep kids reading and learning.”
All items are $1.00--except items in the Special Collection, which will be priced as marked.
Friday, September 29: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Saturday, September 30: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Note there is no Sunday sale.
