The West Carrollton Merchants Association presents the Buttercream Festival! Events include the Cupcake 5K, Miss Buttercream Pageant, hot air balloon glow, a Veterans Recognition and Live music and entertainment throughout the day featuring Blind Karma. There will be a petting zoo, games & rides as well as various vendors with arts & crafts, food, beer & wine and of course Buttercream!

- 8-8:45am- Cupcake 5k Registration
- 8-9am- Cake Showcase Drop Off
- 9am- Cupcake 5k
- 10am- Cake Showcase Judging
