4th Friday at 444 featuring the Air Force Research Lab and Proto Buildbar

Intended to match an Air Force Researcher with a regional partner, 4th Fridays at 444 is a speaker series designed to create introductions and collaborative efforts with non-tradition partners. In this loosely structured 60 minute program, each participate speaks for 20 minutes, followed by a 20-minute joint question & answer session. Each session will be held on the 4th Friday at 444 E. Second St. in Dayton from 3:00 - 4:00. We strongly encourage attendees to network and collaborate with each other and the speakers at a downtown Dayton establishment following the event. “Getting Your Hands Dirty” - a dialogue on learning by making Featuring: Isaac Weintraub, AFRL & Tom Mitchell, Proto Buildbar Tom Mitchell, Curious Maker at the Fearless Proto Buildbar. With decades of experience in industrial engineering technology and manufacturing, Tom injects his innovation, maker and buck the system mindset into Proto BuildBar. Isaac Weintraub, electrical engineer, Aerospace Vehicles Technology Assessment & Simulation Branch, Air Force Research Lab. His research interests include control theory and applied mathematics. Isaac has a passion for working with his hands and applying engineering concepts to real world applications. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Electrical Engineering at the Air Force Institute of Technology, where he is doing doctoral research in optimization and stochastics for multi-agent problems
