Centerville Summer Concert Series delayed until July 12

The City of Centerville is delaying the start of the 2020 Summer Concert Series due to the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic.

Centerville Summer Concert Series delayed until July 12

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 Summer Concert Series in Centerville, which had been due to kick off tomorrow, June 7, has been tentatively postponed until July 12.

City officials said in a statement that they hope to stage an abbreviated Summer Concert Series that would adhere to social distancing rules.

"The City of Centerville is working with Public Health - Dayton & Montgomery County to ensure we are establishing appropriate safety measures and following State of Ohio guidelines for outdoor gatherings," the statement said.

The concert line-up has been updated as follows:

July 12: Brass Tracks Band
July 19: The Menus
July 26: The Blue Leafs 
August 2: The Fries Band
August 9: Tom Daugherty Orchestra
August 16: Ryan Roth/Elvis Tribute
August 23: The Rock Show/Journey Tribute
August 30: Centerville Community Band
