Actor/comedian Marlon Wayans is the star, creator and executive producer of the new hit NBC sitcom “Marlon” which aired last summer and was recently renewed for a second season. Loosely based on his life, Marlon plays a loving (but immature) father committed to co-parenting his two kids with his very-together ex-wife, played by Essence Atkins.
He also stars in the Neflix film “Naked” which is currently airing on the streaming site. Based on the Swedish film, “Naken,” the romantic comedy co-stars Regina Hall. Marlon, who is also a writer and producer on the movie, stars as Rob Anderson, a charming man-child, who wakes up on his wedding day, naked in an elevator, reliving the hour before the ceremony over and over again.
Marlon recently taped his first-ever stand-up comedy special in Wash., D.C. which will air on Netflix in 2018.
