Writers Workshop: Journaling 101
Many artists consider their journals to be the heart of their work -- it's their safe place where ideas are both born and torn apart. Journaling isn't just for artists, though. Everyone can find some benefit from a regular journaling practice. In this mini-workshop, we will investigate different methods of journaling and the benefits of keeping one. This workshop is appropriate for both adults and teens. The workshop is free, but registration is required to ensure adequate seating.
Meredith Doench is the author of the Luce Hansen Thriller Series and teaches creative writing, literature, and composition at the University of Dayton.
