Awesome Healthy Cooking Classes with Chef Erin

Every month we offer healthy cooking classes in our kitchen right here at Diabetes Dayton, located at 2555 S.Dixie Drive suite 112 Dayton, OH 45409. Classes are held on every 4th Saturday from 11-2, unless otherwise noted.

***Our classes are not just for people living with diabetes, but in fact are geared toward anyone wanting to live a more health conscious lifestyle. We do require pre-registration in order to plan enough for attendees. Sign up on our website: www.diabetesdayton.org under the programs and services tab***

Included in the $30 cost is:

• A full packet of complete, nutritionally broken down recipes
• A short health discussion from our own culinary trained chef and dietetic technician registered
• Live cooking demonstrations with participation opportunities
• A full 3-4 course meal
• Plenty of time for Q&A/ substitution ideas
