You will discover ways to make your poetry come alive. Ruth Ann Peck will discuss poetic devices including word choice, metaphor, both rhyme and non-rhyme, meaning and epiphany.
Ruth Ann Peck taught Junior High School and was once named a top ten teacher in Ohio. She has won many awards for her poetry and was host of Dayton's Writer's Nook for five years. She is a published author and original member of Wright Writers of Dayton.
