Advanced Theatre Instruction
Ages: 9 - 15
This course builds on the skills gained in Basic Theatre Instruction. We will focus on proper breathing techniques, voice projection, speech and diction exercises, audition techniques (Including selection and preparation of individual audition pieces), developing a character, and performing a short play. The final play will be performed before an audience. Enrollment is limited to 12 to allow for the depth of work required. Prerequisite: Basic Theatre Instruction. This is a prerequisite for the Kettering Children's Theatre.
