Many organizations are experiencing up to five different generations represented in their workforce. This interactive course will assist participants in exploring how major historical events and experiences impact the way each generation views work and professionalism. Collaboratively, participants will discover generalized characteristics of the different generations represented in the current workforce and learn how to leverage them for a more productive organization.
