Remodeling Designs Relocates to Larger Facility
Remodeling Designs Inc. has moved its headquarters and purchased a building in Miami Township to accommodate the company’s growing business. The new showroom, office and warehouse facility at 3720 Benner Road is 8,400 square feet, more than twice the company’s previous 3,700 square-foot leased space.
“Our repeat and referral business has grown every year,” said co-owner Christine Balsan, “so we needed more space. We now have expanded office space; room for our carpenters to work efficiently; and most importantly, a much larger showroom that gives our clients an amazing design experience.”
The focal point of the new showroom is a working kitchen, where customers can try out various features, including Remodeling Designs’ specialty cabinets – a capability that was limited in their previous location. The showroom also features a variety of kitchen and bathroom designs and materials.
“We want our customers to have a more visual, hands-on experience in choosing their remodeling designs,” said Balsan. “The renovations were done entirely by our carpenters to make sure we could give customers that opportunity.”
The larger space also will allow the company to add staff, which they plan to do by year’s end, bringing the number of employees to twelve.
