Yoga in the Park
Hosted in Dayton Metropark's PawPaw Pavilion (2471 Deep Hollow Drive, Oakwood), yogi Abby Lare will lead a morning flow followed by refreshments. Focusing on "Finding Balance", Abby's classes are dynamic and accessible to all levels! Bring your own mat and a friend!!! This class will be held under the pavilion, rain or shine! Free parking. Open to the public. This event is a donation-based event, with a suggested donation of $15/person. Please feel free to RSVP via facebook. Registration will begin at 9:30 a.m. Come flow with us!!!
