DH4 #1555: “Hops in the Hangar & Full Moon Hash” (Run/Hike)
Date: Saturday, August 26, 2023
Time: 12:30 pm (Note: Earlier start time)
Location: 1701 Run Way, Middletown, OH 45042.
We'll meet in the parking lot just southeast of the skateboard park, which is also just south of the hanger building where the festival will be held.
Cost: $6 for beer drinkers; otherwise, $4. Free for first time hashers!

Hash Trail: This is a fun run or hike where you will follow a trail of flour not knowing exactly where it will lead. Trail length ~3.0 miles. One or more beer/water stops along the way! Mostly urban downtown Middletown area with a number of parks. We'll have plenty of time afterwards to join the Hops in the Hangar festivities!
Dogs: Allowed on a leash during trail. Must be friendly to people and other dogs. Dogs are not allowed in the beer festival.
Children: Trail: Adults only for first time hashers, since many of us do drink beer. Festival: Children under 21 are not allowed in the beer festival.
On-After: Hops in the Hangar beer tasting event in the aircraft hangar building just north of the parking lot. The event starts at 4 pm and runs until 9 pm. This is a very fun event which also includes an airshow. Many of us are volunteering. There might be still time to volunteer. After the hash last year, we were asked to help at the last minute.
