This class is for beginners as well as more experienced students who want to try a gentle, slower and relaxing practice. We will combine relaxation techniques, proper breathing, gentle stretches and meditation. People with injuries, health problems, or other issues that limit mobility or cause pain can also participate. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a mat or blanket. Registration is required before the beginning of each new session. Instructor: Steve Chappell.
