Internationally renowned food and travel television host, BOURDAIN is also the honorary Chef-At-Large at New York's famed bistro Les Halles and well known for his bestselling books, Kitchen Confidential: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly, a candid, hysterical, and sometimes shocking portrait of life in restaurants kitchens, as well as his most recent New York Times Best Seller, Medium Raw: A Bloody Valentine to the World of Food and the People Who Cook. His book, A Cook's Tour, published in conjunction with his series on the Food Network, was also a bestseller in the U.S. and the U.K. BOURDAIN will also debut a brand new show on CNN in early 2013, expanding the network's coverage of food and travel.
