The Dayton Sharks are a professional indoor football team Headquartered in Dayton, Ohio. We compete in the Continental Indoor Football League (CIFL), and our home games are played at Hara Arena in Trotwood, Ohio.We finished the 2012 Season with 8 wins and 2 losses. Our final loss was in the Championship game on June 2, 2012. In addition, our Head Coach was named CIFL "Coach of the Year.” We would like to build upon this momentum as we plan for the 2013 Season, which begins in March.
Our Mission is to provide indoor entertainment that is fun and affordable for the entire family to enjoy. We are a fast pace, hard hitting, high scoring, professional football team with the will and determination to win Championships! We remain fully vested and dedicated in our efforts to support a variety of non-profit organizations within the Greater Dayton Area.
We are hosting a series of tryouts to secure the best players across the Midwest to build the Championship Team that the city of Dayton deserves. Tryouts will take place at Englewood Indoor Soccer Facility. The dates include September 22, October 20, November 18, and December 16.
These are open tryouts for anyone interested in the fun world of Professional Indoor Football! Players must be 18 years or older to tryout.
