The Pancake Brunch, held on the last Sunday in each February, is in fact many brunches held at various locations around the tri-state area. A variety of churches and service organizations host a Pancake Brunch and all proceeds from these Brunches benefit the local community’s Hunger and Housing Coalitions. Financial support comes from various businesses and individuals through either underwriting of a Brunch site’s expenses or in-kind donations.

A Single Act Of Caring Ripples To Benefit Many
The 2011 Day of Caring Pancake Raised More than $40,000 for the Caring of the Hungry and Homeless.
The intention of the Day of Caring and the Pancake Brunches is to increase awareness of the pressing needs of the hungry and homeless and to support the agencies that provide for them.
