Valentines Day (Feb. 14) is just around the corner. In case you find the idea of dining out daunting, Chef Wiley of the Miami Valley Restaurant Association member restaurant Meadowlark is here to show you how to melt the heart of your Valentine with an entree you can prepare - at home!

The "Real Chefs of the Miami Valley" is a brand new YouTube channel, dedicated to bringing you real life, cutting edge culinary action from the kitchens of some of the finest restaurants in the Dayton area.  This installment of Real Chefs of the Miami Valley is brought to you by the Miami Valley Restaurant Association, Stella Artois, and Dayton Local.

Recipe: Spray olive oil, Massachusetts cod fish, 4 shrimp (North Carolina), salt & pepper, grape tomatos, jalapeno pepper, sprig of tyme, garlic, butter, white wine, 5 or 6 mussels or clams.  Bake for 10-12 min at 400 degrees.  Serve with simple Pasta: Melt butter, add salt & pepper, fresh spinach leaves, chickpeas.
