Pity of War: Words & Images of World War I

This exhibit opens exactly 100 years after the beginning of World War I. Researched, designed, and produced by the students of Wilmington College, this exhibit explores “The Great War” through the words and images of those who lived it on the battlefields of Europe, and asks us to reflect on the pity – and true costs – of war.
