A pleasant blending of the invigoration of the body and the stimulation of the palate. "Wine and Yoga" offers the opportunity to stretch yourself through the moderate practice of yoga and the enlightening sampling of wines. You may be surprised how the indulgence in one can lead to greater enjoyment of the other. Open to all levels. Must be 21 or over. Class size is limited, please register early. Please dress comfortably and bring your own yoga mat.
