Prostate Cancer Support Group
Prostate cancer survivors, their loved ones, friends, family and caregivers are invited to attend Dayton Physicians Network’s new Prostate Cancer Support Group. This group is open to the public and will be facilitated by Karyn Ganaway, RN, CNP, Urology and Robin Supinger, Prostate Cancer Patient Navigator.
The Prostate Cancer Support Group will offer participants a chance to share feelings and experiences with others who have or are currently facing similar challenges. There will also be opportunities to support other patients, survivors and caregivers. Additionally, participants will benefit from presentations about prostate cancer, treatment information and other topics related to the groups needs from local educational speakers.
Meetings will be the second Monday of each month. The first meeting will be Monday March 14, 2016 from 6:00-7:30 PM at Good Samaritan North Health Center’s Education Center located at 9000 N. Main St., Dayton, Ohio 45415. Please park and enter on the Main Street side of the building for easy access to the Education Center. Light refreshments will be served
