Dayton Philharmonic Volunteer Association Orientation / Volunteer Fair

Join us for coffee and delicious refreshments and learn about all the ways the DPVA can use your unique talents at 9am on September 7th at the Kettering Seventh Day Adventist Church. There are many opportunities to help with education, ushering, and fundraising projects like the 2017 DPVA Show House.  Be sure to bring your calendar so that you can sign up for the areas that interest you the most!

Then on Wednesdays at 9am on September 14th and 21st, 2016 and on January 11th, 2017 join us for alternate informational/educational sessions that concentrate on classical music.  These sessions, presented by Neal Gittleman, Artistic Director and Conductor of the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra and Patrick Reynolds, Assistant Conductor of the DPO and Conductor of the Dayton Philharmonic Youth Orchestra, focus on the programs for the Young People’s Concerts in-school previews as well as the Orchestra and You presentations.  Please consider volunteering your time to help us keep music education programs alive and well in our public schools.
