Looking for a fun way to increase your physical activity? Enjoy the peaceful scenery and jumpstart your fitness program by taking a stroll through beautiful RiverScape MetroPark! Community Health Centers of Greater Dayton is excited to host Walk With A Doc, a community walking club meeting in lovely downtown RiverScape MetroPark. The 4th Saturday of each month a physician and/or nurse practitioner leads a group walk, and is available to answer any questions about health and fitness. Walk With A Doc is open to all participants, and all fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.
