Broad Street Blast, Middletown
On Friday, July 3, Middletown will be hosting free Indpendence Day fireworks for the first time in about a decade. The event will take place at Smith Park (500 Tytus Avenue), with the park opening for the event at 5:00 p.m. There will be free parking on-site. The event will include food and drink vendors, a Kidszone, live music from the bands Dv8 and the Rick House Band, and the fireworks will begin between 9:45 and 10:00 p.m., weather permitting. The rain date for the event is Sunday, June 5.
