Free Dayton Metro Library Programs
CCCS is a local, not-for-profit credit counseling agency. For more than 30 years, they have helped people regain control over their debt, rebuild their credit and ultimately achieve financial fitness. These four programs are conducted by CCCS at the Northmont (Englewood), New Lebanon, Miamisburg and Brookville Branches of the Dayton Metro Library. All programs are free.
