Tickets On Sale at the Victoria

The Victoria Theatre delights Dayton audiences of all ages each year as it presents more than 300 performances. Tomorrow morning, August 11 from 8 to 11 a.m. you’ll have the chance to be first in line to purchase single tickets for the upcoming season at the Ticket Center Stage Box Office in the Schuster Center.

There’s a broad selection of shows to choose from too. Coming right up in September, spend An Evening with Branford Marsalis, Grammy Award®-winning saxophonist, NEA Jazz Master, quartet leader and solo artist.  In November, get a taste of "the bad boy of cuisine,” Anthony Bourdain – an adventurous and raw chef and host of Travel Channel’s No Reservations.   

Whether you love their spectacular Broadway Series, PNC Family Series, The Projects Unlimited Variety Series, or just want to check it out for the first time, there’s something for everyone!

• Over the Rhine - 10/26/2012 - Over the Rhine will be welcomed to the Victoria Theatre for the first time. This indie alternative, Americana duo from Cincinnati has made over 20 recordings and shared the stage with big names such as Bob Dylan, Adrian Belew, Squeeze, John Prine, Ani DiFranco, Hem, and My Morning Jacket.
• Irving Berlin’s White Christmas- 11/27/2012 to 12/2/2012 - Get ready for the holidays with a special showing of Irving Berlin’s White Christmas. A classic holiday movie, and an unforgettable title song, now makes its way to the big stage. Full of laughter, dancing, and classic Berlin hits, this wonderful tale set in a magical Vermont Inn, is sure to make your holiday "merry and bright”.
• Shrek the Musical 1/15/2013 to 1/27/2013 - The Oscar-winning DreamWorks Animation Shrek was a huge hit on the big screen. See it on stage now in Shrek the Musical. This hilarious story about everyone’s favorite ogre, talking donkey, feisty princess, short-tempered villain, and other fairy tale misfits is one of the funniest musicals in our kingdom by far.
• Music loving teens can rock out to the performances of Green Day’s American Idiot and Rock of Ages, while others might prefer the sparkle of DREAMGIRLS.
